1. Who we are

ASObuddy is operated by Aitor Fernandez (hi@asobuddy.app). We provide AI-powered App Store Optimization tools for indie developers and small teams.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following data when you use ASObuddy:

• Account data: email address and name provided during sign-up via Clerk.
• Payment data: billing information processed by Stripe. We never store card details.
• Usage data: the inputs you provide to our tools (app names, keywords, URLs) to generate AI responses.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and access logs for security purposes.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and improve the ASObuddy service.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, account notifications).
• To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Third-party services

ASObuddy uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Clerk — authentication and user management (clerk.com/privacy)
• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Supabase — database hosted in the EU (supabase.com/privacy)
• Anthropic — AI responses (anthropic.com/privacy)
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)

5. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are based in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at hi@asobuddy.app. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by law.
